Kynnon Meyer Martin

Kynnon is a 7th generation Floridian who spent a large part of his life with his grandfather, a heavy equipment pioneer, which provided an early start in understanding the land and its various components.  

Kynnon also spent eleven years in the commercial blueberry business expanding his knowledge in the agricultural markets and the wide array of activities that go on in and out of the field. 

As a realtor, he looks forward to helping people with the transfer of property ownership and looks forward to working with Floridians just like yourself!

My name is Hayle Gunter, located in the beautiful town of Auburndale, Fl. Where I currently live and serve as a Sales associate for CENTURY 21 Myers Realty, and where I’ve also had the great privilege of joining The Brooks Group. I started real estate to be able to give my future family the opportunities that I never had growing up, to give them stability and confidence to be who they want to be without fear of failure.

Derek Wilson

Hey there! I'm Derek, an Ohioan turned Floridian. I served 4 years in law enforcement as a Deputy Sheriff in Ohio. My wife Hope and I decided to swap snow for sunshine in August 2022. When I'm not helping clients in the real estate world, you'll find me hitting the gym or perfecting my golf swing.

The warm weather and beach vibes resonate with my wife and I, making Florida our ideal home. Transitioning into real estate in early 2023 has been a rewarding experience, opening doors to new connections and opportunities. Supporting first responders is a cause close to my heart, given my background and with my wife pursuing a career as a paramedic at PCFR.
